FRONGOCH CARDI 54044 b.1999 - HORSE OF THE YEAR CUDDY QUALIFIER

Cardi is unquestionably one of the top Welsh Mountain Ponies in the country. His show record has been consistent throughout his youngstock years. A big 'thank you' must be extended to Colin Tibbey for showing him so well during the last few years. It has given us so much pleasure to follow his successes around the country. Cardi was broken to ride in early 2004, and was lightly shown, winning the M&M Championship at Pembrokshire Spring Show on his first outing under saddle.

In 2004 he went to Wynne & Ruth of the Ceulan Stud, for stud duties. What better 'holidays' could we ask for?

Dr Wynne kept Ceulan Mia who went on to win the Wales National Foal Show out of 69 entries and went on to be Reserve Supreme of Show.

• Youngstock Section A Champion, & Reserve Overall All-breeds Youngstock Awards at the Royal of England Agricultural Show
• Other wins are too numerous to mention inc Pembroke County etc.

His achievements in 1999 (lightly shown as a foal):

• 4th RWAS
• 1st Seven Valley WPCA (summer and foal show!)

His bloodlines are exceptional, going back to both Brierwood Rocket and Cefnfedw Golden Glory - two of the most prolific stock-getters of their time.

Frongoch Bachgen Bach b.2004

Frongoch Bachgen Bach was born in 2004 and was the first Frongoch colt out of Cardi to come on the market.  He is bright Bay in colour with four white socks and blaze, and has the most extravagant action. Bachgen Bach is the image of his sire Frongoch Cardi.  Bachgen Bach has been sold to the Elcon Stud, where he is doing exceptionally well on the showing circuit.
